National 24-hour helpline
The National Helpline is available 24/7 with highly trained female advisers who listen without judgment, offer confidential support in many languages, and help you understand your options and find safety.

Police
If you or someone else is in danger, call 999. If you can’t speak, press 55 on a mobile or stay on the line from a landline to be connected to the police. You can also report domestic abuse online, and it will be treated just as urgently.

Every woman has the right to live in safety, dignity, and freedom. These are not privileges – they are fundamental human rights.

The Topaz Centre
The Topaz Centre is a Sexual Assault Referral Centre (SARC) and provides crisis support for adults who have been sexually assaulted or raped, including forensic examinations and access to healthcare and follow on support.
