Support programmes

We offer a range of programmes designed to support women as they rebuild confidence, independence, and wellbeing after experiences of domestic abuse. Our free courses focus on emotional recovery, personal growth, and practical skills for everyday life.

Some programmes are open for anyone to sign up directly, while others may need a referral from a support worker or partner organisation. We also offer a small number of professional development and training opportunities — perfect for those looking to build their careers or support others in similar journeys.

Take a look through our programmes below to find what feels right for you, or click to learn more about how to get involved. Whatever stage you’re at, we’re here to help you move forward — at your own pace, and with the support you deserve.
