We Are Proud to Announce Our National Quality Standard Accreditation

We are delighted to share some exciting news with our community, partners, and supporters: our charity has officially been awarded the National Quality Standard accreditation.

This achievement marks a significant milestone in our journey. The National Quality Standard is a recognised benchmark, demonstrating that an organisation operates with strong governance, effective leadership, and a clear commitment to delivering high-quality services. Achieving this accreditation is a reflection of the dedication, professionalism, and passion that our entire team brings to their work every day.

Over recent months, we have undergone a thorough and rigorous assessment process by an independent assessor from Women's Aid England. This included reviewing our policies, procedures, and the impact of our services, as well as gathering feedback from those we support. The accreditation confirms that we are meeting nationally recognised standards in areas such as safeguarding, equality and diversity, service delivery, and continuous improvement.

Most importantly, this recognition reassures the people we support—and those who support us—that we are providing services that are safe, effective, and centred on the needs of our community.
